senior conversational content designer, 2024–present
Design end-to-end dialogue flows for AI-driven financial coaching, from onboarding to error recovery, and engineer the prompts behind them, building testing tools and evaluation criteria to validate model behaviour. Author prompt-engineering guides, reusable templates, and training documentation to enable other designers to work confidently with prompts across the org. Partner cross-functionally with PMs, engineers, designers and researchers across squads to drive content and product strategy for chat feature launches.
